Development of a complex mathematical model of aluminum production in the Soderberg electrolyzer

The technological process of aluminum electrolysis is a complex scientific and technical task. This is due to a large number of internal, external and resultant factors. The purpose of the work is to analyze these factors, assess their impact on the technological process of electrolysis, and develop a complex and mathematical model for obtaining aluminum in the Soderberg electrolyzer. The following tasks are solved in the work: the characteristics of the object are studied and a technological description of the aluminum production process is given, the construction of a conceptual and mathematical model based on correlation analysis and expert evaluation is considered. In conclusion, the results of mathematical modeling are presented.
