Designing a reinforcement scheme for a structure made of composite materials during bending deformation
The paper considers the reinforcement of a pipe during bending deformation. In the Siemens NX environment, a model is created and an analysis of the stress-strain state is carried out. Using the concept of synthesis of reinforcement schemes, trajectories are determined along which the reinforcing material is subsequently laid. The efficiency of this concept is tested on a simple example, then to move on to more complex details. The identification of reinforcement trajectories and the introduction of reinforcement showed that the deformation has decreased. The result is a reinforcement scheme for pipe bend deformation in the general case. Optimization of the reinforcement scheme consists in selecting the optimal amount of reinforcement and its dimensions.
