DISTRIBUTED AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR MEASUREMENT OF ELECTRICAL PARAMETERS OF CONTACTS MULTILAYER GRAPHENE NANORIBBONS

Deals with the implementation of software and hardware measuring and information system i.e. automated distributed system of multilayer graphene nanoribbon contact measuring. The influence of thermal and dynamic annealing on current–voltage characteristics of devices is analyzed.
