MEASUREMENT OF DYNAMIC PARAMETERS OF DRIFT STEP RECOVERY DIODES
The description of the operation of high-speed current breakers – drift recovery diodes voltage (DSRDs) is presented. The proposed scheme for the study of the dynamics of the electron-hole plasma in DSRDs allows to determine the amplitude and timing of the pulses generated by the load as a single diode structure, and collected diode assembly. Distinguished by its simplicity and flexibility in relation to the types of study DSRDs.
