DHS METHODS OF TEACHING SKILLS IN THE TRANSPROFESSIONAL TRAINING SYSTEM FOR EFFECTIVE BEHAVIOR OF MANAGEMENT

Modern requirements for interdisciplinary competences of specialists to be formed in the process of training are described in the article. The necessity of additional psychological training for technical staff is justified. Discovers the main ideas of methods of teaching engineering staff skills of effective behavior, received the name of the DHS. The article provides information about testing of the methodology.
