FORMALIZATION OF DESCRIPTION AND ESTIMATION OF PROFESSIONAL SELECTION PROCESSES

Give an example of use of generalized structure method for description and estimation of professional selection processes. This method was developed by A. Gubinsky and V. Evgrafov using typical elements – typical functional units. Different approaches (ways) of professional selection quality estimation are provided.
