DETERMINATION OF PLASMA PARAMETERS USING THE EQUIVALENT CIRCUIT OF A PULSED DISCHARGE
The results of experimental and theoretical studies of parameters of pulsed arc moving along the surface of extended electrodes are presented. It is shown that the experimental data can be adequately described by a mathematical model, only if set to change the resistive impedance of the plasma by more than an order of magnitude given time.
