THE PROBLEMS OF MAKING A MULTIALKALI PHOTOCATHODE IN CONTAINER

The technological factors affecting the preparation of multialkali photocathode in container are considered. The surface morphology and the composition of the resulting film were analyzed. The spectral dependence of transmittance and the correlation between parameters of the photocathode and sensitivity were studied.
