PRESIDENTIAL VOTE IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION OF 1996 IN THE MEMOIR LITERATURE

The article gives a brief analysis of memoir literature used by the author as sources in the study of the Russian presidential election of 1996. From this point of view the memoirs of the following authors were considered: E. T. Gaidar, S. A. Filatov, O. M. Poptsova, B. N. Yeltsin, A. C. Korzhakov, A. S. Kulikov, G. N. Troshev, M. M. Kasyanov.
