A PARAMETRIC BOOTSTRAP METHOD OF DIAGNOSTICS OF A STATE OF THE CYCLOSTATIONARY PROCESS WITH A SKEWED DISTRIBUTION OF DATA
An overview of current control charting methods for identifying a state of the processes with skewed distributions of data, autocorrelated and nonstationary processes is given. To identify the state of statistical control of the cyclostationary process with a skewed distribution of data, a new method, based on the integration of the parametric bootstrap method of evaluation of control limits of charts for stationary processes (proposed by the author of this article) and the approach to evaluation of stability of cyclostationary processes, is proposed. The proposed method has a successful practical application in monitoring of the telecommunicational process of voice traffic transmission characterized by the time-series of average call durations (ACD).
