SYNTHESIS OF FREQUENCY CHARACTERISTICS WIDEBAND PLATE-LIKE PIEZO-TRANSDUCERS BY THEIR PHASING THICKNESS OSCILLATIONS

We consider the results of calculations of the frequency characteristics obtained in the solution of synthesis problems for ultrasonic transducers, containing two piezo plates divided among themselves by a passive layer and generated by electric voltages different in both amplitudes and phases. By a choice of the last possibility of expansion of a pass-band to 2…4 octaves under condition of maintenance uniform amplitude-frequency and linear phase-frequency radiation characteristics is shown. Influence on these characteristics of construction parameters of transducers is analyzed.
