APPROACH FOR ESTIMATION OF PROFESSIONAL SELECTION QUALITY

The proposed approach to the analysis of quality systems professional psychological selection. A mathematical model was developed, which allows to take into account the positive effects of well-conducted and losses from poorly conducted professional psychological selection.
