MODELING OF PROCESSES OF PHASE FORMATION IN POLYCRYSTALLINE PZT FILMS DURING HIGH TEMPERATURE TREATMENT
The model of thermal decomposition of lead zirconate titanate (PZT) with the release of the simple oxide phases at hightemperature treatment is analyzed. The evolution of the distribution function of the release of a new phase of simple oxide depending on the process time, obtained on the basis of joint solution of the equations of continuity and mass balance, is shown.
