ANALYSIS AND IDENTIFICATION OF SPATIALLY DISTRIBUTED CONTROL SYSTEMS THERMAL FIELDS
The paper demonstrates the relevance of the selected subject area. The study considers the technological scheme of oil production, as well as methods of automation of its individual sections. The work gives an overview of the reasons contributing to formation of asphalt, resin and paraffin deposits, considers the main characteristics of deposits. The paper gives the analysis of technological process sections that are mostly susceptible to form asphalt, resin and paraffin deposits. As a result, authors obtained a mathematical model of change in the temperature field of oil well tubing and oil flow inside. Transients were described by partial differential equations. Authors have written the software module that provides modeling of technological rise of oil through tubing. In the final part of the study, authors carried out experimental studies and complied a regression model of the behavior of the temperature field of oil flow in tubing. Based on the studies carried out, reflected in this article, we can make a conclusion about the rheological properties of the oil flow with a high paraffin content.
