DESIGNING A CONTROL PANEL FOR MONITORING THE STATE OF A COMPLEX OBJECT BASED ON A NESTED DESIGN MODEL OF DATA VISUALIZATION

The need for graphical summarization and compression of information is gaining urgency with the active growth of the volume of produced data. The use of visualization techniques can speed up the decision-making process, make it easier to understand complex patterns in the data and find deviations. This paper explores an approach to designing a control panel for monitoring the state of a numerically controlled machine tool in real time, based on a nested visualization design model. The full cycle of development of a visualization system is covered, including a description of the requirements for visualization models, the formation of a formalized description and data tasks, visual coding and algorithms for preprocessing data and their graphical presentation. An assessment of the efficiency of heat maps and line graphs in solving the problem of determining the state of the tool after the completion of processing of parts is carried out.
