WEB-BASED AUTOMATION OF THE SAFETY ASSESSMENT PROCESS AT THE CONSTRUCTION OBJECT
An automated system which makes it possible to significantly simplify the process of assessing the safety status of construction objects during inspections, is described. The system is a web application that allows on-line calculation of the integral safety indicator based on the ratings given by the participants in the audit. The application is based on a quantitative method for assessing the level of safety at a construction object using multifactorial analysis. Four groups of factors have been identified that affect safety during construction work. Corresponding indicators were selected for each factor. All indicators are assessed by the inspectors on a three-point scale during the inspection. The system is implemented as a web-application developed by Python programming language using Flask framework. To solve a some of problems, the such languages as HTML and CSSS were used. The system does not require the installation of additional software. Access to the Internet need to use the system only.
