SYSTEM REPRESENTATION OF OPERATIONAL-CALENDAR PLANNING PROCESS BY MANUFACTURING
The need to discuss the optimal processes of operational and calendar planning is noted. The possibility of using the homogeneous method for studying processes is shown. The stationary version of planning for processing and assembling products is considered. The issues of resource coordination and coordination of economic interests are described, and the features of planning for group processing of parts are considered. The specifics of the planning process during the rapid transition to the production of new products are shown. The system description of the control unit shop managers-supervisors and the procedure for the application of the received description are considered. The analysis of components of calendar management is carried out. The joint mathematical description of two technological production procedures is given: processing and assembly. A multilevel model of the production calendar management system is formed. The integration of operational and calendar management processes has been completed. It is shown that the homogeneous mathematical method of description has a fairly wide range of applications.
