DEVELOPMENT OF A FUZZY FAULT-TOLERANT GAS TRANSPORT PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEM

The issues of organization of fuzzy fault-tolerant control of the gas transport process are considered. Relevance of development issues is related to the need to improve the safety of technological operations that ensure gas transportation. The main attention is paid to the development of algorithms for fuzzy diagnostics and ensuring fault tolerance of typical actuators (a two-position process crane that opens or closes the pipe, an AVO gas fan, an oil system pump). The article demonstrates the principles of building a database of rules for a fault-tolerant control system. The peculiarity of this framework is the decision rules in IF-parts of rules for the diagnostic task, and THEN - and ELSE-parts of the rules depending on the diagnosis management can be realized in normal mode or provide fault-tolerance control in failure.
