ACCURACY OF ANGULAR COORDINATE MEASUREMENT WITH THE LINEAR PHOTOSENSITIVE DEVICE WITH CHARGE TRANSFER

In article the question of an accuracy of angular coordinate measurement which is caused by unequal integral sensitivity of separate pixels of the developed linear photosensitive charge transfer device, and also dispersion of their sizes caused by construction and manufacturing techniques is considered.
