RESEARCH OF PHOTO-ELECTRIC CONVERTERS IN SYSTEMS OF WIRELESS TRANSMISSION OF ENERGY BASED ON GALLIUM ANTIMONID
In this paper assessment of the possibility of using photodiodes based on gallium antimonide for transformation of a stream of laser radiation to electric energy is carried out. Investigation of modes of operation photoelectric converters is realized, the most optimum modes of their use are shown.
