APPLICATION OF THE DIGITAL CORRELATED DOUBLE SAMPLING FOR SIGNAL PROCESSING OF THE LINEAR CCD SENSOR

Digital correlated double sampling method for the linear charge coupling device signal processing is considered. Possibility of the charge coupling device signal noise level decreasing by statistical processing of the repeated digitization of each pixel is shown.
