APPLICATION OF THE TECHNICAL DIAGNOSTICS METHODS AND PROCEDURES TO MONITOR AND ASSESS STUDYING RESULTS, SPECIFIED IN THE COMPETENCY FORMAT

It is proposed to use some approaches and methods of technical diagnostics for monitoring studying results, specified in the competency format. This will perform a formalized presentation component structure of competence, and to implement procedures for detecting and searching of competencies and their constituents with an insufficient level of development.
