ANALYSIS STRESS-STRAIN STATE ITEMS WITH FLANGE BRASS USING ATOMIC FORCE MICROSCOPY
Model samples brass parts with the help of technology rolling flanges on the generator side of the tubular blank were created. The morphology of plastically deformed surface layers of the model samples was investigated using atomic force and optical microscopy . Values of heights and scope parameter that expresses the surface roughness of the selected five maximum heights and hollows were calculated. Fractal analysis of surfaces structures using atomic force microscopy was conducted.
