CHANGING OF MORPHOLOGICAL AND STRUCTURAL PROPERTIES OF THE THIN FILMS ON THE BASIS OF SNO2-SIO2 WITH A DDED ZINC OXIDE OBTAINED BY SOL–GEL
Influence of impurities on the formation of zinc oxide fr actal porous structures in the system SnO 2 –SiO 2 , obtained by sol- gel, analyzes in the paper. It is found that introduc tion of additives increases porosity of the film. An a ttempt to justify these results within the concept of ability and inability to form b ranched polymers some metal oxides mades.
