THE DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN QUANTITATIVE SHADOW METHOD OF ESTIMATION OF THE PARAMETERS OF QUALITY OF THE OPTICAL SYSTEM

The paper describes the algorithm of research developed by the modern quantitative shadow method of image quality given by the optical system. The method allows to carry out the quantitative assessment of the quality of the row parameters of the investigated optical system. The principle and installation scheme for realization of this method, as well as the theoretical basis of the method implementation are presented.
