CORRECTION OF THE SPECTRAL CHARACTERISTIC OF THE OPTICAL SPECTROMETER FOR THE RESEARCH OF INFRARED RADIATION SOURCES

Factors defining the transfer characteristic of an optical path of a spectrometer are considered. Possibility of correction of a spectral characteristic with use of a reference source of radiation and the developed software is shown. Influence of the carried-out correction on results of measurement of color parameters of light-emitting diodes is shown. The gap in a spectral characteristic of the device in the infrared range is revealed, the way of its elimination is offered.
