SELF-ASSESSMENT AS A TOOL FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT

The relevance of organisation self-assessment in the field of quality management is proved. The article presents the results of comparative analysis of criteria for domestic and foreign models, which can be used for self-assessment. Also the results of comparative analysis of self-assessment methods are shown. Recommendations on the choice of self-assessment model and method for improving the quality management system are given
