CONCEPT OF BUILDING A SYSTEM OF DYNAMIC MONITORING OF RAILWAY

The concept of building a system of dynamic monitoring of railway, assuming its installation on any railway car is considered. The algorithm allowing complexed information from the sensors of the system for the purpose of increase of accuracy of diagnostics of rails is offered.
