AGILE ALGORITHMS FOR EMERGENCY SITUATION DETECTION IN CONTEXT OF ICE SITUATION

Agile algorithms for emergency situation detection in context of ice situation are discussed. Suggested approach is based on use of Ontology Web Language. Possible approaches implementation of the algorithms with the help of Intelligent GIS framework is described.
