MAGNETIC FIELD OF MOVING ELECTRIC CHARGES

According to Maxwell's equations the magnetic field arises at movement of electric charges (in the presence of an electric current) and at change in time of electric field. It is shown, as in the presence of an electric current the true reason of emergence of a magnetic field also is variable in time electric field.
