Distributed control of energy systems based on container orchestration under uncertainty
The research problem addressed in this study is the development of architectural and algorithmic foundations for intelligent distributed control of energy systems based on container orchestration and decision-making algorithms under uncertainty, ensuring the resilience, adaptability, and autonomy of energy infrastructure. A new approach to building fault-tolerant energy management systems based on microservice orchestration in a Kubernetes environment is proposed, applied to industrial energy problems. The article proposes the development of an integrated decision-making model under uncertainty that combines probabilistic forecasting, reinforcement learning, and adaptive optimization of energy flows. The concept of a «self-organizing energy microgrid» is introduced, capable of independently distributing computing and energy resources in the event of failures or overloads. A conceptual methodology for dynamic management of computing clusters in the energy sector is proposed, based on the principles of autonomous restoration (self-healing) and intelligent orchestration. The proposed project will lead to the creation of a new class of distributed intelligent control systems capable of autonomous optimization and stable operation under conditions of uncertainty and equipment failure.
