Express-assessment method for the operational capability level of a complex high-responsibility technical system
The aim of this work is to substantiate the possibility and feasibility of an express assessment of the operability level of a complex high-responsibility technical system using a generalized numerical parameter through the application of modern methods of system analysis and forecasting. In the article, based on the specifics of solving technical diagnostics problems associated with periodic measurement monitoring of the technical condition of a complex high-responsibility technical system (CHTS) and its subsequent assessment and forecasting based on the obtained results, the following have been developed: a single indicator of the operability level, which describes, with a numerical value, information that uniquely characterizes the operability level of the control object (CO) according to a certain parameter; a generalized indicator of the operability level, which describes, with a numerical value, information that uniquely characterizes the operability level of the control object as a whole; procedures for obtaining the indicators, as well as for forecasting the value of the operability level for a specified operation period. The results of computational experiments confirm the conclusions drawn and help focus further efforts on expanding the scope of implementation of operability level indicators in other areas of application of the theory of automated control.
