Circuit simulation of memristive rectifiers
The computer simulation of half-wave and full-wave rectifiers based on memristors in the LTspice simulator is represented. Memristors are described by bipolar memristive system with a threshold. A bipolar threshold model is used as a memristor model, which allows limiting the element voltage and controlling its resistance. Bridgeless and bridge circuits with different types of loads (high resistance, voltage repeater, and voltage amplifier) are used. The analysis of circuits and the calculation of transfer characteristics exhibit the influence of load on the rectification accuracy. The simulation of memristive rectifiers results in reaching high accuracy.
