Calculation of CAM curve parameters for servo control of the wrapping station of the heat packaging machine
A multi-drive servo system of a machine producing the packaging of glass bottles in shrinkable film is described. A Siemens Sinamics S120 servo control system has been developed based on the Siemens Simatic S7-15163-T controller for a wrapping station of formed bottle packs. The mechanics of the wrapping station are described. A program for an industrial controller that implements the servo-control according to the «master–slave» principle has been written. A method for synthesizing the dependence function of the coordinates of the «slave» and «master» is proposed, taking into account the parameters of the packaged product. The proposed calculation principle is implemented in an industrial machinery. A method for setting input parameters is proposed.
