System Analysis and Design of a Laboratory Unit for Heating Crude Oil

Devoted to the design of a laboratory setup for modeling the technological process of crude oil. The work considers the relevance of integrating digital field technology, analyzes the state of the oil producing industry, studies the issues of ensuring safety measures at work and limiting the harmful effects of the oil production process on the environment. An analysis of methods and technical solutions for preventing the formation and removal of asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits was carried out. In the process of implementation, a mathematical model of the temperature field of the oil pipeline was developed and an experiment was conducted with imitation of the oil flow inside the pipeline to measure the liquid temperature.
