Application of methods of system analysis and estimation of efficiency of information-management systems in conditions of conflict interaction with the opposing party

The purpose of the paper is to present approaches to the application of the methodology of system analysis to the study and evaluation of the effectiveness of information and control systems, which are part of complex organizational-technical systems functioning under conditions of antagonistic conflict interaction with the opposing party. The structure of the control system of such an automated organizational-technical system is two-level. Complex heterogeneous control objects, which are part of them, have two levels of control: the lower level – the level of direct control; the upper level, providing the solution of functional tasks. High efficiency of organizational-technical system functioning can be achieved only at high quality of information support processes and control processes, which are determined by the quality level of automated information-management system as the main component of organizational-technical system.
