Algorithm of synthesis of nonlinear control system of multi-electro-drive industrial machines and technological complexes

Nonlinear control systems of multi-electro-drive industrial machines and technological complexes are analyzed. It is revealed that such technological objects have complex mechanical subsystems, a wide range of internal and external disturbances, a large range of used electric motors, variable load, different architectures of construction of electric drive control systems. As a result, it can be concluded that the control systems of electric drives of such machines and complexes have the following uncertainties: signalling, structural and parametric. In this case it is better to apply neural networks (regulators), Kalman filters for realisation of control system of multi electric drive industrial machines and technological complexes. In the article the algorithm of synthesis of nonlinear control system of multi-electro-drive industrial machines and technological complexes is developed. On the basis of the developed algorithm an example of synthesis of control system of electric drives of monitoring system (optical-mechanical complex) is given. The results of modelling are given.
