Mobile echo sounder simulator

A mobile application, designed to simulate real echo sounder, was developed at the Department of Information Technologies of the Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (St. Petersburg, Russia). This application, potentially categorized as business software, can be used to test systems related to maritime navigation, as well as to create sea and river maps. The application is developed by C++ programming language using the cross-platform Qt library. The Graphic User Interface of the application is designed using the declarative programming language QML. The implementation of the mobile version of the application made it possible to refuse the use of additional communication devices to ensure communication between the simulator and the device under test.
