ASSESSMENT OF QUALITY OF INTERACTION OF OPERATORS WITH AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEMS

A model of the ergonomic quality of the operator’s interaction with the automated control system (ACS), as well as a set of calculation expressions for evaluating the parameters included in the model, are presented. A feature of the model and complex is the ease of use and the minimum parameters necessary for analyzing the activities of ACS operators. The model is presented both graphically and using tuples. The presented results can be used as a methodological basis for information support of developers of complex systems and complexes, as well as in the analysis of the work activities of various types of operators.
