RELIABILITY ASSESSMENT OF AUTOMATED MONITORING SYSTEM OF TURBOGENERATOR’S PARAMETERS

The issues of assessing the reliability measure (RM) of a complex of technical means (CTM) are considered automated system for monitoring the parameters of a turbogenerator. The complex is multifunctional system. For the complex, a reliability block diagram (RBD) is constructed, formed based on the functions performed. The article presents the main elements of the system and their MTBF. Calculation of indicators CTM reliability was carried out by two methods: using RBD and the method of constructing state graphs. In accordance with the methods considered, the calculation of the resulting MTBF is made. To ensure the required MTBF, one of the ways to increase reliability is considered – the use of spare elements (SPTA). A calculation study of the reliability indicators of the CTM with various options the formation of spare parts.
