DEVELOPMENT OF AN ALGORITHM FOR DYNAMIC PLANNING OF POLYGRAPHIC PRODUCTION BY MEANS OF A RATING SYSTEM

Dynamic planning of operational printing production allows you to automatically create a production plan in real time using an algorithm based on the priority rule method. Based on this method, a rating system of orders is built that determines the order in which they are put into operation at each individual stage of production. This algorithm eliminates the human factor when planning the flow of orders in production, where due to the speed of work it is impossible to apply static planning. Using a flexible system for selecting priority rules, this development allows you to place orders in the order they need to be completed at each stage of production, depending on many order parameters. The minimum required lead time, the minimum lead time, taking into account the workload of the equipment at the current time, is calculated, takes into account the desired production time.
