SCIENTIFICSCIENTIFIC UNDERSTANDING OF ONTOLOGY OF OPEN SYSTEMS UNDERSTANDING OF ONTOLOGY OF OPEN SYSTEMS

Physics of open systems (POS) has overcome the complexity inherent in natural, anthropogenic, social, technical, and cyber-physical systems with hundreds and thousands of variables given through large amount of multimodal heterogeneous empirical data, and, has solved the problem of how to cognize general ontology of systems on the basis of reconstructive analysis of their empirical descriptions. Phase where cognition of general ontology occurs is followed by stage of scientific understanding. POS has created systems language. An «inner code» of symbolized knowledge about system's general ontology (knowledge that has been obtained as a result of reconstructive analysis of system's empirical context) has been revealed and understood on the basis of this language. And, because of the language, method of reconstructive analysis had acquired the status of scientific theory. General ontology of systems has become available for scientific understanding. Systems language has organized and formalized the system thinking, enhanced an interdisciplinary interaction, led to technologies for scientific understanding the systems ontology and analyzing value of ontological knowledge obtained from empirical data. Understood senses of systems have become equally available for professionals in different branches of knowledge.
