THE DESIGN OF THE TURBOGENERATOR ROTOR WITH OPTIMUM LATERAL GEOMETRY OF THE STATOR

The mathematical model of the turbogenerator in the static mode of operation is specified, on the basis of which the optimal values of magnetic induction in the air gap and the relative diameter of the stator bore are determined, ensuring the best use of the active materials of the machine relative to its electromagnetic torque. The results of comparing the numerical values of the stator parameters, designed and in operation turbogenerators with the optimal numerical values of the same parameters, but calculated on the basis of the developed mathematical model, the corresponding conclusions. The procedure of designing a turbine generator rotor for a stator with optimal transverse geometry is considered. The questions of the design of the rotor of the turbogenerator as a whole are touched upon. The results of calculating the parameters of the rotors of turbine generators with optimal transverse geometry of the stators and comparing these values with those for the rotors of designed and in operation turbogenerators are evaluated.
