THEORETICAL SUBSTANTIATION OF THE BASIC RELATIONS FOR INFORMATION SUPPORT OF INTELLIGENT CONTROL SYSTEMS OF TRANSFORMER SUBSTATIONS
The theoretical substantiation of the choice of relay protection settings on the primary and secondary side of transformers with the connection of windings according to the scheme Y/D-11 is given. The substantiation of competence of transformation of schemes of connection of windings and invariance of losses in a power line and the transformer at such transformation and asymmetric loading or short circuit is given. The theoretical substantiation of the basic relations necessary for information support of intelligent control systems of transformer substations and systems of recognition of the mode of the electric network, detection of pre-emergency mode and making the optimal decision for control of technological processes in the system of power supply is given.
