SYSTEM FOR RESEARCH OF DIELECTRIC MATERIALS BY BROADBAND DIELECTRIC SPECTROMETRY
Presents hardware and software for the investigation of dielectric materials using broadband dielectric spectrometry. The technical principles of the operation of the equipment are as follows: impact on the sample under investigation is carried out by means of a «stepped» electric field to provide broadband spectrometry; taking into account the digital nature of the information recording, it is possible to replace the measurement of the analogue signal of the dielectric sample response by recording the times when the signal reaches levels corresponding to the digital codes; automatic maintenance of adequacy between the increasing rate of the dielectric sample response and the speed of the computer registration system. The presented mathematical and software support allows realizing the acquisition and visualization of complex dielectric permittivity in real time. The method and structure of the software allows realizing it in a compact computer system suitable for use in technological processes and onboard system
