ABOUT THE FEATURES OF THE FREQUENCY RESPONSES OF PIEZOCERAMIC PLATES ASSOCIATED WITH THE VALUE OF THE ELECTROMECHANICAL COUPLING FACTOR OF THE ACTIVE MATERIAL
The piezoceramic plate projecting by the working side an acoustic signal in the aqueous media is considered . The back side of the plate is not loaded. A study on the application of the concepts of resonance and antireso-nant frequency of the radiator is specified. The relevance of this study is caused by necessity of consideration of pulse mode of operation of the piezoelectric transducer in the "binding" the duration of the radiated signal to a reference system, which could be considered as «fixed». This system can be used for solving similar tasks. It is convenient to use for this purpose the term of «antiresonance frequency» of a piezoceramic plate. The arbitrari-ness of the concept of anti-resonant frequency, using the term of elastic modulus of the stiffness matrix of pie-zoelectric ceramic at constant electric displacement is shown. However, the use of the term "antiresonance", de-spite its arbitrariness, does not cause any problem in practice. This concept allows to define the frequency re-sponses for different values of the electromechanical coupling factor of the piezomaterial.
