APPLICATION OF CONDUCTIMETRIC EXPRESS METHOD FOR ANALYSIS OF ORGANIC CARBON AND ESTIMATING OF COD IN WASTE-WATER FROM WATER-BASED PAINT MANUFACTURE PURIFIED WITH COMBINED METHOD

A method was developed for organic carbon analysis in water, based on liquid-phase oxidation of organic species with potassium dichromate in sulphuric acid media and conductimetric detection of carbon dioxide evolved. Method was applied for estimating COD of paint manufacture waste-water samples.
