SIMULATING OF IMPEDANCE GLOW DISCHARGE WITH LONGITUDINAL POSITIVE COLUMN
The expression for plasma impedance of the glow discharge flowing in longitudinal tubes are obtained and analyzed. The expression the physical processes occurring in the positive column of a glow discharge are described. The calculation of the frequency dependences of active and reactive components, as well as the dynamic resistance of the module for the discharge conditions, the corresponding He–Ne- and the CO2-laser are produced. Based on the results of the simulation diagram of the device for the experimental study of the dynamic resistance of the discharge are designed.
