CHANGE OF TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION IN THE BIOTECHNICAL SYSTEM «TIBIA BONE–TRKH PLATE–SCREWS» AFTER INSTALLATION FIXATORS FOR PLATE OSTEOSYNTHESIS

Study of change of temperature distribution in a biotechnical system «tibia bone–TRKh plate–screws» after installation fixators and wound closure was conducted in the article. Mathematical formulation of the boundary value problem that determines the temperature distribution in the biotechnical system "tibia bone–TRKh plate–screws" are formulated, and a 3D-computer finite element model of this biotechnical system is created. Temperature distribution in case convective heat transfer between an area on a surface of a bone and air flowing around it is used as the initial temperature of the tibia bone. Initial temperature of fixators is equal to 21 °C. Temperature distribution in the biotechnical system is obtained to 10 different values of time – from 2.5 to 25 minutes in increments of 2.5 minutes. Uniform temperature distribution is occured in the biotechnical system after 20 minutes. Temperature tends to 37 °C.
