GRAVITATIONAL AND ENTROPY MODELS OF TRAFFIC FLOWS FORECASTING IN TERMS OF TRANSPORTATION PLANNING

Considers two classic types of models for traffic flows forecasting that take place in transportation planning of cities and agglomeration, for example in Yekaterinburg in connection with the 2018 FIFA World Cup. The emphasis of the paper is laid upon mathematical basis and using condition of given models.
